6.4 Back-up varianten
Zoals voorgeschreven in de standaardprocedure van OVAM voor de opmaak van
bodemsaneringsprojecten, dient voor een gefaseerd BSP geen back-up variant voorzien te
worden.
Indien zou blijken uit de monitoring dat de drijflaag zich verder heeft verspreid, dient een volgend
gefaseerd BSP opgesteld te worden.
6.5 Resultaten te bereiken na uitvoering van de bodemsaneringswerken
De eerste fase van de saneringswerken behelst het beheren van het verspreidingsrisico. Met
andere woorden, de drijflagen dienen opgevolgd te worden. Het te beogen resultaat is geen
verspreiding van de drijflagen buiten de perceelsgrenzen.
Conform de standaardprocedure dienen hierbij duidelijke grenzen worden afgebakend tot waar
verspreiding van de verontreiniging aanvaardbaar is.
6.5.1 Verontreiniging 1
De drijflaag werd in het kader van het BBO vastgesteld in de peilbuizen 3003, 403, 106, 105, 111,
110, 107 en 4002.

Indien in bijkomende peilbuizen buiten de horizontale contour zoals vastgelegd in het BBO
drijflaag zou worden aangetroffen, zal de monitoring lokaal geïntensifieerd worden naar
halfjaarlijks.
Verspreiding van de drijflaag is aanvaardbaar binnen de perceelsgrenzen van de Site. Indien in
één van de alarmpeilbuizen 3004, PBA, 2001, 2002, 4004bis, 3100, 103A, 100, 408, 108, 419
puur product zou worden aangetroffen, zullen in eerste instantie 2 maand later opnieuw
veldwaarnemingen gedaan worden in de alarmpeilbuizen. Bij bevestiging van de aanwezigheid
van het pure product zal een actieve sanering opgestart worden om te voorkomen dat de drijflaag
de perceelsgrenzen overschrijdt. Indien in de bijkomende meting geen drijflaag wordt vastgesteld,
zal de monitoring halfjaarlijks worden verdergezet.
6.5.2 Verontreiniging 3

Indien in bijkomende peilbuizen buiten de horizontale contour zoals vastgelegd in het BBO

om te voorkomen dat de drijflaag de perceelsgrenzen overschrijdt. Indien in de bijkomende
meting geen drijflaag wordt vastgesteld, zal de monitoring halfjaarlijks worden verdergezet.
